@Mrs Hedgehog: Yup! That was my MOH’s main duty on the big day, making sure my dress and veil were properly adjusted at all times.

Maybe just have her help when you go to turn back around? I don’t really see a way around it…

I’d ask your MOH to help out, it shouldn’t be too big of a distraction if it’s just a quick re-arrange. Or you could see about having your flowergirl(s) help out, that’d be pretty adorable 🙂

It would be good to have her adjust it.  I didn’t think of it myself and was sort of kicking mine around, not very ladylike at the altar!
