I guess I would say have the GMs picked up at 1pm, getting to the church by 1:30, leaves plenty of time for them to go and get you and your girls. If there is a lot of traffic where you live then you may want to start earlier like 12:30 or 12:45.
I struggled with this issue myself, but we won't have enough time for both groups to get picked up since we also want to do a few pictures of each group separately before the ceremony. Now we are having the GMs drive themselves and the girls ride in the limo. At the end of the wedding ceremony we will all ride the limo together from the church to the reception site. Hopefully noone's feelings will be hurt but we can't afford 2 limos!

We are getting a limo to pick up groom and groomsmen at one location and drop them at church, than come and get me and my bridesmaids and drop us at the church. Anyone else do this? I'm just curious how much time to allow for a cushion.
Ceremony starts at 2... Church is half hour from FI house, and 5 min from my house
