Hi! We're having our wedding there next May. All of our interactions with Linden Place have been great. All of our other vendors in the area have all said wonderful things about Linden Place also.
When we visited in May the gardens and flowers were well manicured and the shutters were still up; however, Susan did tell us that the house would be undergoing a "cleaning" on the outside but that would be done well before May of 2011.

I went to a wedding at Linden in August of 2008. I don't have intimate planning knowledge of the venue but I just wanted to say it is gorgeous. The wedding seemed to go off without a hitch. They had 90 guests and the dance floor was slightly small but nothing that prevented us from enjoying our evening. Her pictures inside the house came out beautifully. Linden Place is located in Bristol, RI- FYI. (not being fresh, promise)

As of a few monts ago when I booked my Friday wedding there it was: $5,100 for the venue and an additional $500 to hold your ceremony there as well.

Hi!
I am about to sign a contract with Linden place in Rhode Island for my wedding next year! I did visit the site and loved it as much as I did in the pictures. Somethings I weren't wild about were the dead yellow grass and the black shutters missing from the front of the house for a renovation. Otherwise the place is beautiful and an ideal spot for a wedding ceremony and reception. My question is to anyone who has been to a wedding there or hosted a wedding there. Just wondering about their experience planning the wedding, and the day of the wedding how everything went. Were there any issues, or things you may like to warn about? I would greatly appreciate any and all prespectives. :)
