(Closed) LINEN Dress?

I have seen and worn linen dresses. Some of them are very beautiful. I would not wear one for a wedding though because they do wrinkle quite easily; leaving the wearer, in my opinion, to look undone.

I love the look of linen but have vowed never to buy anything in it again. It’s a gorgeous fabric and doesn’t look cheap at all. But it wrinkles so easily! It looks like a hot mess in about 2 minutes.

i originally wanted to get my dress made in linen. i love the look. but! after some research and some thought i switched to cotton voile.

I agree with the others.  While I really like linen, it wrinkles SO easily!

My dress is linen.  It’s not technically a wedding dress, it’s just a summer sheath, and I’m fully aware that it will be wrinkly at some point… but the photos of the ceremony and posed photos (right after the ceremony) should be fine…  then, I don’t really care how wrinkly it will look during the reception.  It’s totally your call on how much this might bother you.

Wrinkles are a problem, but it feels lovely!
