I’m new to this site and just wanted to ask a question. I run a linen rental company and I’m currently going to start marketing to events and wedding rentals (currently my customer base consists of restaurants). I would like to know what brides look for in a rental company (I can fortunately afford to have the cheapest rental prices in town). Is it selection? Price? Do brides prefer to have the linen company do the setup and npakin folding, or do it themselves/assign it to relatives/bridesmaids?
And another thing… I’m looking at doing a Groupon. Would you buy a Groupon or Groupon-like deal for linen rental? Maybe something like $25 for $100 or $100 for $250?
