Just an FYI if you have your registry at LNT, you may want to go elsewhere. LNT announced today that they are going out of business. They are liquidating everything, so stock up if you want!

According to Snopes (which may be a little dated), LnT only plans to close about 120 stores... you may want to check with the store at your location before deciding to register there.

The main LNT page says "Store Closing, Everything Must Go!" I know this summer they closed a bunch of stores. I guess time will tell what is really going on!

I think Snopes is old. I had a registry there and they told me "sorry!" They didn't even want to exchange something that was on my registry.

yes, no more returns @ LNT. I have talked to them 3x this week, as they can't even pull up your registry in the stores anymore (only online)...this sucks, but your guests can get some good deals if they go SOON...it's already getting picked over. It started w/ a few stores but it is now a full bankruptcy...stupid economy!
