Good evening bees!
I am looking for advice – my wedding is in December, and I am wondering what kind of lingerie or pajamas to bring on our honeymoon to a cabin in the mountains in the winter! Normally in the winter I sleep in sweats and a t-shirt, but since FI and I are “waiting till marriage”, I want our honeymoon to be super special! I don’t want to freeze though. Since stores are starting to carry fall clothes maybe I’ll get ideas by shopping over the next couple of months, but I would love input from you girls on what I should bring for the honeymoon! Pics or links appreciated!

Get something sexy! Forget about the practicality of being cold—he will keep you warm!!! Save those flannel pj’s for sometime other than your honeymoon!

Turn up the thermostat and wear something nice!

Does the cabin have heat? If so, just crank it a bit and bring out the sexy lingerie for fun times.
I don’t know about most bees, but I don’t usually actually sleep in any of the real lingerie, so if you can get a couple pairs of nice silky/satiny pjs or a nice robe to walk around in during more practical actvities that might be a good compromise.

He will keep you warm! I never slept naked until I started seeing my guy. It will be icy in the house, but close together under the doona, you’ll be warm promise!

If you’re making love (which you probably will every night unless Auntie Flo comes), turn the heater up and wear sexy lingerie. Then afterwards, turn the heater down to its normal level (or off!) and get into your nice warm flanellette PJs or whatever you like to wear.
Like a PP said, the sexy lingerie is never for sleeping in. It’s just so DH can see it and take it off. Sleeping naked under the doona sounds nice in theory, but what if you need to go to the bathroom? There’s no shame in putting on the warm PJs after you’ve had your fun.
