Oh my goodness, are you doing that by hand? Are there more than 100? I lined my save the date envelopes, and when I get my invitations, I will not do it again. I’d choose to just line the invitation envelopes.

I lined my envelopes for my invitations only. I think its all personal preference, and if you have the time and motivation, then woohoo! But no one will look at your RSVP envelope and frown that it WASN"T lined… =)

I did not line my STDs but have prepared lined envelopes for my invitations. My STDs were not the same style as my invitations, and were more casual, so I felt like they didn’t need the lining.

To be honest, I really don’t think many people notice linings (I do, but I am a stationery  freak!), and even less will care if one is lined but the other isn’t.

I love lined envelopes and would do the invitation and stds.  It probably wouldn’t be really necessary to do the rsvp envelopes since they are, after all, being sent to you.
