I haven't seen this before but I would imagine that with a call to the dancers to notify them it is pre-recorded music, with a little adjustment, they can adhere to the music instead of the other way around. Hang in there!

Sorry, there are no users yet.
My soon to be MIL wanted to get us a lion dance for our reception, but our venue won't allow it. Our venue says that it is considered live music and live music is not allowed. (racist?)
As a joke, my FI asked if the music is pre-recorded would that be ok. They said they would allow it if the music is pre-recorded.
Without consulting with us first, my soon to be MIL already paid for the lion dancers.
Has anyone seen a lion dance with pre-recorded music before?? Is that even possible? Don't they need live music to be in sync with the dancers?
