I never wear lipstick, but I plan to wear a light color for the wedding. I'm just worried about it smearing on his face or getting messed up after the kiss!

Is anyone else worried about this? I don't think wearing no lipstick for a wedding is really an opition?

    Advice/comments!

I'm not a lipstick wearer either, but I didn't think about that. We didn't have any issues. Maybe look for a stay on lipstick if you're worried.

@artbee: Yeah, pick Covergirl Outlast or another one of those "stays on 8 hours" lipsticks will work. They are totally kiss proof.

Hmmm.. I don't normally wear anything on my lips but Blistex, so I haven't really thought about this. But since I am more of a 'gloss' girl rather than a 'lipstick' girl, are there any glosses that are kiss proof??

Those MAC lip stains are awesome and don't smudge at all. I would go that route (but I hate lipstick, it always bleeds on me) and then apply a gloss afterward.

Thanks for the suggestions! I'll probably have to buy the covergirl and mac lipsticks and wear it for a whole day to test. My co workers will probably be shocked that I have lipstick on haha!

@JenniMichele I personally do not think gloss is a good idea! The few times I've worn gloss it rubbed off easily and my hair always sticks to it!

My makeup artist put on a lip stain and covered it with a clear gloss, and gave me a tube of the gloss to reapply. We kissed many, many times on our wedding day, especially during pre-ceremony photos, so the kiss during the ceremony was hardly the first issue!
