I’ve been using weddingwire.com. The to do list is pretty detailed and you can add and remove things from the list to customize it to your event. I find it to be very helpful. It also helps with guest list and vendor suggestions and budget.

@ladydirtold:  I’ve been using the Martha Stewart workbook.  Love it so far.  You can see it here: http://images.marthastewart.com/images/content/web/pdfs/pdf3/wedding_workbook.pdf

I’ve been using this in a binder with all of my contracts and notes and whatnot instead of weddingwire.  I looked at that one but I’m one of those weird people that likes physically checking things off of lists.  Gives me much satisfaction.  😉  Weird… I know.

i just used timeline on theknot.com and most wedding magazines have timelines also.
