@MissRuthie:  When it comes to necklaces I’m super picky about necklines. That dress has a really pretty high neckline so for me personally I would wear some elegant statement earrings and a bracelet only, no necklace.

That dress also screams for some sexy over the top shoes too, other than black.

@MissRuthie:  You know, while I can see Treejewel’s point of view, and think that would be a beautiful and classic look, I could also see a statement necklace look fabulous with this dress!  But it’s hard to say without seeing it all put together…

@MissRuthie:  I saw no necklace and statement earrings and a bracelet and as treejewel suggested some fabulous shoes! I think the illusion neckline should just stand on its own and not be covered up with a necklace. Do you have a charming charlies in your area…..they have tons of afforable accessories!

@MissRuthie:  My strategy would be to put the dress on and go to the mall, so I can try things on to see what they look like.

If it were me, I would skip the necklace and do a fabulous pump, in a bright color if you have any. I may throw on a pair of substantial stud earrings as well, just big enough that you wouldn’t wear during an average day. If you don’t go with a statement shoe then I would suggest hair up with a nice dangle earring. Just my take 🙂

I would not wear a necklace with that dress. I think it’s too high cut. If it were me, I would wear gold bangles and some kind of gold earrings.
