Did you take pictures? I have the exact same feelings about things that I have planned. But if it felt right and you can picture your wedding in your head then that is the place. I found that I had to just make a choice with the Mr. and stick with it and just go! Good luck! It will work out!
Did you go with Stowe? I was a NOVA gal for 4 years. Can't wait to move back. I feel in love with Stratton Mountain Club. The fact that I grew up skiing there makes it extra special!

Last week the man and I went to Vermont to check out wedding locations. We saw LOTS of great options, but when we saw Spruce Camp at Stowe Mountrain Resort, I clutched my chest and felt that it was IT. I described it as the perfect mix of Vermont, with beautiful timber details everywhere and a barnesque feel, combined with modern touches that this now-city gal desired. We agreed that this was the place and we are moving forward with a contract!
But now I find myself second guessing - what if it isn't the right place? I think if I lived in Vermont I would likely have driven back up to make sure it was the one. I have a feeling this is just the first of many "Am I making the right decision?" moments in planning!
I'm sure (hoping) that some of you have experienced similar thoughts while planning?
