My venue is the crown plaza concord. They have ballrooms, but we are using the indoor atrium. It is absolutely beautiful, but it was one of the most all-inclusive and budget friendly venues I could find. You could also check out Zio Fredo’s Italian Restaurant in Pleasant Hill.

sharksgrl99:  Scott’s Restaurant is beautiful!  I inquired about it as well, however it was a $2,000 rental fee and a $3,500 food and beverage minimum.  Not sure what kind of budget OP has, but it seemed on the pricey side to me, so I didn’t suggest it.

MarryingaMcGlothin:  Starbelly in the Castro and St. Vincents in the Mission have no rental fees, just minimums (that are below my venue rental fee :\)

I think they can accomodate a group your size. Not sure because our group is 2x yours. I just love the restaurants and are considering a buyout for FI’s birthday.
