Weddingbee boards

Hi there!  Looking for info about the Lodge at Tahoe Donner in Truckee.  Anyone here get married there?  How did it go?  Have any advice to share?  Thanks so so much.

@razzzzzz: Hi! We had our ceremony at Sugar Pine Point and our reception at The Lodge last summer.  We had an absolutely fabulous time.  Carol was really helpful in making the day run smoothly and was great about implementing our little personalized requests (like signature cocktails, kids meals, s'mores bar, etc).  The only thing I would have changed was that the tent was a little dark inside--I wish we had checked it out at night before our actual wedding date.  We would have ordered uplighting or some additional lighting had we known.  Feel free to PM me if you have any specific questions.  Have fun and congrats!!!
