(Closed) Lodging and Rain info on response cards?

I think that’s a great way to keep your guests informed. Make sure you don’t give them your phone number, though – you don’t want people depending on you for rain info on the morning of your wedding day…do you have a trusted person who can pass out that information?

I think that works.  Two thoughts:

1. I would put Name(s) instead of Mr. and Mrs. unless everyone you are inviting is a married couple with the same last name and no one is a doctor, etc…

2. Maybe you can just say ‘please note your lodging plans and contact information.’  You may only need the information in case of rain, but you could need if for another reason (venue change, etc…).  You don’t really need to mention the rain part on the RSVP.

ohhh, my bad. i thought you were giving the guests a number to call if it was raining, to get an update. that might be an easier way around it, to designate an uncle or somebody who could handle phone calls.
