Sometimes I try to log in and it just goes back to the log in page over and over again.

Yup, has happened to me several times.  I actually had to have someone post it to support for me once bevause it last for more than a day.  Thank goodness I have a few bees on FB and they helped me out.

It happens to me ALL the time.  I thought I was the only one! When it happens over and over and over again, there is only one thing I can do to make it work.  I go to the “register” page, and at the bottom, you can log in with your information.  Well, then it takes me to a page saying that I don’t have access (huh?), but if I retype the web address into the address bar, it will reload weddingbee and I’m usually signed in at that point. I don’t really understand why it does it, but it’s super annoying because I love voting in polls, and I don’t like seeing the results beforehand (I think it influences how I vote, sometimes)!

I actually posted in support today about this very same issue since it keeps happening!!! Once ok, whatever, no big deal…..but this has happened several times now. Between that and all the double and triple posts the new tech people need ot get rid of these glitches and quick!

Yes!!! This happens to me all the time. Just when I try to log onto Weddingbee from a different computer, and on a different web browser other than Chrome (on the same computer I use now.) 

It’s annoying because I have my username & password saved onto my computer and this browser (Chrome) so whenever I get onto the site I’m automatically logged in. It’s not like I’ve forgotten my password or anything, it just won’t let me log on using different browsers and computers!

This is a problem resulting from the way browsers store cookies.

Restart your browser and it should log in no problem.

If restarting your browser doesn’t work, open a support request at support.weddingbee.com.
