I know that that this has been asked before but i was looking for a bit of specific details…
Were doing a DIY lolly buffet…
These are the jars that we are using (there will be one more hurricane one)
Also the large containers are going to have tissue paper probably about half way up so people can get the lollies out of them! Thinking that wrapped lollies will be best for these are getting out with hands will be easier.
And these are the boxes are are using the dimentions are: 14.6cm (h) x 9.5cm x 6.4cm (5.75 in (h) x 3.74in x 2.51in)
So my question to the bees… how many lollies would you order for 75 guests? (Im thinking people will do a bit more than just full up the box ones :P)

How big are they? If they’re little ones, I would get a couple per guest. If they’re gigantic you can get just one per guest.

Ok this is a wild guess, but at my job we give out Dum Dums to all of the customers. Some people don’t take any and others take a couple. 1 bag is 360 lollipops. I think if you wanted to fill the jars, it would be about 3 bags (1080 lollipops). Thats about 14 lollipops per guest. Which is a lot more than I would take, but maybe less than a kid who loves lollipops would take. I think thats about how many lollipops would fit into one of the boxes you posted.
Here is a pic of the lollipops I’m making my guesses off of:
And for scale, a picture of a random girl with a Dum Dum:
If you get any other lollipops they will probably be larger and so you won’t need as many.
