@pmerr: Is wearing a long-sleeved bolero an option? That would hgive her more choices.
@pmerr: Look up "mostest bride" online. Strapless isn't an option with certain religions. I've seen a few SYTTD's where there was someone of such a religion who found a dream dress w/o sleeves, and the seamstresses just modified the dress to add them.
I'd look at the tops at Rosa Clara both for long dresses and tops. They are technically separate, but I can't tell. They could probably be sewn on as well.

@jjmomma: No, she only wants long sleeves. We mentioned that already to her.
Casablanca and Alfred Angelo have some choices.... try going to Best Bridal Prices.com (I love their large photos) and choosing the sleeve option from the side menu.
Look at LDS wedding dresses. They are required to have long sleeves, other denominations are not.

My aunt is getting married next year, and is set on wearing a long sleeved dress. Wearing a jacket is not an option. I did see David's has the one like Kate Middleton's dress, but didn't know if there were other places to go that have them.
Thanks!
