Hmm..two months is a little tight! I know how hard long sleeve are to get! Have you thought about just adding a lace or cloth bolero to a simple dress for your figure type? Davids bridal and the limited have some nice affordable stuff you can ship right to your door. I got several dresses from there ( sold the ones I didn't use) and ended up with this:

It was long bell sleeves and I made them 3/4ths. Light lace, no crinoline. i took the back out too.
@bearlove: You beat me to it! I was about to recommend this dress. I have a similar one (same brand, very similar dress without the sleeves) and it fits great (I'm also a size 16 hourglass and ordered the XL). It is very comfortable and surprisingly flattering. Overstock ships very fast and they have a very easy return policy. At the most, I think you would lose the return shipping, which is usually less than $6. It'a worth a shot!

You should look at IGIGI's website they have beautiful dresses for under $500 (most are around $350) that you can order from their website or sometimes find in stores. They all seem to be sleeveless (not strapless) dresses, but they also have two beautiful bolero's that have 3/4 length sleves.

To keep this post as short as I can, I'll try to keep what I'm looking for in bullet points. Needless to say I'm struggling! Any help would be so appreciated. Thanks ladies!
Looking for:
- Long or 3/4 length sleeves
- Something super simple and lightweight (this is a second wedding)
- I'm petite, so I don't like lots of heavy bulky material
- Inexpensive (I've been looking at Nordstrom, Macy's, etc.)
- I'm a curvy hourglass girl, street size 16.
- Basically, a non-wedding dress
- I get married in 2 months(just got engaged last week), so something that gets here fast
- Something obviously flattering, that tones down my hips a bit
I'll post some pics of what I've been considering thus far, maybe that will help. Any suggestions of places to look would be great, and I would love to see pics of any ladies who went with a similar look. I'm sweating big time over this!
