(Closed) Looking at pictures of house- looks like chunk of roof is missing?

um wow, that is major. i would immediately have that checked out, with that much roof missing there is most likely structural damage to the inside, and mold. Get an inspector out there pronto!

Replacing an entire roof can cost $10,000. The missing chunk might be the tip of the iceberg. Also, you might have to remove the cause of the missing chunk. If a tree knocked that section down, well, if they didn’t bother to fix the chunk, I doubt they removed the theoretical tree.. and tree removal is expensive.

Depending on where you live, new roofs cost $10,000-30,000. That’s a HUGE chunk of change! Be really careful moving forward with this kind of damage.
