Weddingbee boards

My total wedding budget is $30k and my guest count is 200. So far I keep finding the dream house with nightmare price of $50k inclusive. :( I'm still on the hunt though, farthest west might be malibu, south is laguna, and east is corona. Anyone have anything good in mind? I'm looking for ideally a mansion/house/cottage to have ceremony, recption dinner, then accommodate the wedding party so it's a bit warmer than going to a place and having to clear out at midnight. My cousin had a lovely wedding at a beautiful home in the la habra heights mountains, but he had 100 guests and i have 200 which is causing the most trouble for my search. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
