Congratulations on your engagement! I’m trying to lose about 15 lbs. by my wedding next May. I’m about 135 now and would like to be 120. What are you doing to lose weight? Diet, exercise, etc?

I’m in! Am 28. I lost weight recently but then slipped up and put some back on. I want to lose about 15-20lb and end up somewhere between 112 and 105lb (it’s low because I am so short). Basically, I will stop when I look into the mirror and think “Woah, I am H-O-T”!

Should we post daily food intake and exercise programmes? What do you want to do?

@Peony526:  yay date twin!

I would love to partner up! I am 26, 123-125 lbs (haven’t weighed myself recently), but would ideally like to be 108-110! I went to the gym for the first time in 2 weeks today and it felt really great!!

*An idea is that we could take a photo of our actual scale with our weight on it once a week as evidence of our weigh in and to help be held accountable?!

I’m 26 years old and currently 124 lbs but looking to be 108-110 by April 2013. This is my first week back at the gym and I am feeling the burn! Everything is aching.

What’s everyone’s workout regime?

At the moment… I don’t really have one! I’m running up and down town doing lots of jobs. I guess I could post my press ups, sit ups and squats? I may also have to hunt for a scale…

I’d love to join this group!  My wedding is on 8/24/13 and I am really wanting to slim down a bit and tone up.

A few years ago I lost 30 pounds (I was at the higher end of normal for my height, 5’7) and have since gained some of the weight back.  I got to be really skinny when I was about 17 pounds lighter than I am now, so I’m looking to lose approximately 12 pounds but really focus on toning up.  I am especially wanting to tone up my arms, I am terrified of having that flabby arm wing look on my wedding day.

Any bridal workout tips or exercise videos?  i’m excited to hear you guys are all on the same track as me! 🙂

@MrsDeLovely:  Good to know, thank you!  If you like Pilates, the Windsor Pilates workout is really good and gives you that long, lean look.  I haven’t done it in a while though, haha. 🙂

My wedding is in January 2013 and i would like to lose a few stubborn pounds.  I am just over 5’6 and currently weigh 132.  I would like to weigh about 125lbs, my comfortable weight.

About exercise videos.  I do believe i have most of them!  I lost 100lbs in less than a year on my own after giving birth to my firstborn with proper eating and workout videos.

Here are some of the newer Dvd’s i have
Tracy Anderson meta (didn’t like)
Insanity (hated the test and never tried anything else after it)
Physique 57 (love and kills)
Turbofire and Turbo Jam (love, my favourite!)
Brazil Butt Lift (love)
I also really like the transfirmer by the firm, but that is older and i am not sure if they still sell it.  I also have a spinner and spinner dvds, not a big fan but i try to use it since it was $$.
I also have a supreme pilates which is great but i dont use it enough.

I hope to lose the weight i gained on all inclusive vacations through working out 4-5 times a week for at least 30 minutes each, and eating a green and white diet (lots of white protein and green veggies).  I don’t want to lose the weight as much as i want to tone.

This is exactly what I need! 🙂  I am getting married in January, and up until recently, I have been doing fine on my diet. However, with all the stress of planning, I notice that I am eating more! I am currently 140 pounds, and would like to be 120 by the time of the wedding (probably not even possible at this point, but I can dream). I have been doing sit ups, squats, and walking every day…along with eating healthy(ish). I just have to get much more serious about eating healthy all the time!
