@peachbaby4008: Just eat clean.

Avoid processed foods, soda, alcohol, etc.

Heat lots of fresh fruits and veggies, lean proteins, fish, and nuts.

I second what the others say about eating clean.  I’ve been doing that and avoiding processed foods for about the last week and i feel awesome and lighter!

Give us an idea of what you eat on a typical day – and we’ll revise it for you!

My suggestion is take a couple weeks and eat only ‘real’ food.  Meaning, things without an ingredient label, because the food it is – IS the food it is.

Sounds simple, but it’s harder than it may seem.

Pick up the book “Clean” by Dr. Alejandro Junger.  I did a modified cleanse (7 days) based on the book (but didn’t take any of the supplements or anything).  I eat fairly cleanly to begin with so I didn’t need to follow the elimination phase to ramp up to the cleanse.  It really helps to re-set your digestive system and I haven’t had any caffeine since I did the cleanse back in January.  You have 2 liquid meals (smoothies and soups, see book for specifics) and then one solid meal for lunch.

I recommend exactly what @oracle: said. Your body will clean itself, it’s what it was designed to do. Also be sure to drink water and eat fiber so that your elimination can do it’s job.
