Weddingbee boards

I live in the Spring Grove, PA area and would like to have my June 2nd, 2012 wedding in the Hanover or York, PA area. Ultimately, we would like to have our ceremony at a scenic outside location.  For our reception, we would like to have it in an old barn or pole building on the same property.  It would be for about 180 people.  We have found numerous properties that are just beautiful but they require you to use their caterer, DJ, bartender, photographer, etc. and packages start at $3,000!  I have family friends that have agreed to provide these services for my wedding...all I need now is a location!

We are willing to pay $500 - $800 to "rent" out someone's barn for the day and use their property, with electric.  We would do all of the setup, decorating, tear down, etc.  If the barn needs cleaned, we would be happy to do that also.  Of course the land owners would be invited to the wedding.  Most guests will be arriving on a motorcoach but we may need enough space for like 10 cars.

Any information is GREATLY appreciated!!  I need to find a place ASAP.
