Bayside of Nahant, Nahant MA! DH and I were married there in September, it was reasonable and John and Debbie were SO great to work with! Right in the North Shore! We had 144 people and a budget of $15k too.

Our ceremony was held in Bailey’s Hill Park, it would be beautiful in June! It was $150 to rent the park for 4 hours.

My gf just got married at DiBurros in Haverhill. Have you looked into that? How many guests are you planning on? I’ve done a lot of research I’d be happy to share with you! I live nearby too.

@caity713, The Bayside can accommodate that sized guest list – I definitely recommend checking them out. Beautiful view of the water, the Boston Skyline is across the Bay, gorgeous!

Have you looked at Upstairs on the Square (in Harvard Sq, it’s a really unique space) or the MIT Chapel (for the ceremony)? Both are budget friendly and really, really unique!

My photographer shot a few weddings at these places this year (www.lisarigby.com)

Codman Estate in Lincoln is very pretty and affordable! FI’s sister got married there.

I was looking for very much the same thing you are. To reply to some of the above (very good) suggestions that I have looked at:

  • You have to have an MIT affiliation to book the chapel.
  • Springstep is a great space, but the location was a downer for me. The gorgeous windows look out onto… nail salons and such in Medford.
  • CRI Boathouse is very nice if you’re going for modern. The space is a bit of a blank slate — not much to look at when not done up for an event, but looks completely different with the right decorations.

I’m having mine at the Cambridge Boat Club (I decided to go for “New England Charm”), but they’re probably too small for your list, since they cap at 150.
