Try PG park and recreation services, I had that I idea also but it was a little too expensive for me. But I dont know your budget but also try UMBC college park has a garden that is beautiful. Good luck!!!
Hello!
There is a really cute Bed & Breakfast right across the Bay Bridge the first exit. It has a small area with sand that give you the beach feel. The last time I did a wedding there was a few years ago, so I am not sure of their catering rules.

I live in Baltimore but would like to find a romantic/ elegant inexpensive waterfront venue that will allow outside catering; that's not to far from Baltimore but near 301 so that our guest from Virginia and D.C. won't have to travel too far.....any suggestions please
