$1k is your budget for your venue? I want to make sure that I don't suggest something that is out of your budget.
yes, our budget for the entire wedding is 3500. so we would like to stay as close to, preferably under 1000 for the venue or tent.
we are inviting 100 guests (this includes the bridal party)
I booked Jefferson Patterson Park and Museum pavillion for my late September wedding. They have outdoor spaces, but the pavillion is a restored dairy barn, perfect for a vintage, shabby chic wedding! Your wedding sounds really similar to mine. I am not sure if they are booked up for this season yet, but its worth a shot. I paid $800 for 12 hours (10-10), but you can get it 10-5 for 500 i think. They include picnic tables and benches with the venue. Its in Prince Frederick, by Solomons island, so about an hour or so from Catonsville. I grew up in Ellicott City, and I could not find what I wanted closer. The other options were by Deep Creek Lake. Google the venue and email them for more info :) The booking person I talked to was named Michelle. Good Luck! I just took a quick look at Jefferson Patterson Park and Museum pavillion and it is EXACTLY what I am looking for & the prices are amazing! Thank you so very very much for bringing this place to my attention! I am very excited about contacting them asap!
You can look at Circle D Farm in Woodbine. Not to sure of what the prices are but I have been to a wedding there and its absolutely gorgeous.

Ive been searching DAILY for hours upon hours since february! Im calling as soon as I lay the little one down for a nap! Im trying not to get my hopes up but my fingers are crossed!

Check out Swan Harbor Farm and the Vandiver Inn, both in Havre de Grace, not sure about the prices though.

I am looking for an outdoor venue or event tent rental company that isnt going to charge me thousands of dollars, after all.. as special as I want my wedding day to be, it is only one day!
My theme is shabby chic/country so a garden, farm, winery etc is what im looking for.
so far all of the places ive come across are way out of budget (1k for the venue or tent) or the venues i am finding have no rain plan!
My fiance & I are getting married this October... if you live in or are familiar with Maryland please help!!
