I can't recommend a photog, but I loved my Day of Coordinator (I actually wish I had hired her to plan the wedding). I wrote a review here:

Don't be scared by the out-dated website. Jeanne is actually awesome, and extremely well-priced. We did a day-of coordinator package with her that included the rehearsal the day before, the entire wedding day AND an officiant that she personally recommends, and it was $925 total (minus the officiant, it would be $200 less, and minus the rehearsal, it would be even less than that!). She was truly amazing, and everyone in my family said that whatever I paid her, it wasn't enough.
The only thing I should mention is that she's crazy busy, and sometimes, not the most responsive. There was a point where it was taking her two weeks to get back to me sometimes. But whenever I got her attention, she was on the ball with our wedding and details.
If you end up using them, and decide to also use on of their officiants, I would HIGHLY recommend Debra. She let us write our ceremony from scratch, and had no problem with anything we wanted to do. Not only that, she's one of the kindest people I've ever met, and always stressed to us that if we ever needed to call her, to never hestitate, and she truly meant it.
We are using Nick Carter for our wedding. He is very reasonable and good. His is located in New Rochelle, NY but will come to the Hudson Valley area. Good luck!
