I actually worked at Jacob Maarse through high school and college. They are definitely on the high-end side, but they can work within a budget as well. They have incredible quality and taste, so you will definitely get the most bang for your buck. Good luck!

I suggest Eddie of Commerce Flowers. He is conscientious about a couple's budget and is very easy to talk to. We would have went with him but chose to go with a florist who was closer to our venue.
Another affordable florist is Michelle Brue of Flora by Fauna. Check Project Wedding for reviews on both.
My girl Sarah at La Vie en Rose is your gal. She's amazing and so reasonable - plus all her designs are eco-friendly!
Flowers by Dan is where I'm getting all of my floral arrangements from. I found them to be the easiest to communicate with and most affordable. Plus, they are located close to where I live.

Talk to Shirley from FlowerMart (temple city) and ask for a quote. Their prices are reasonable and don't have a minimum order so they can work with your budget. She's a sweet person and one of the few I found who wasn't so intimindating during my interviews.
City of Commerce is probably the best bang for the buck around.

I just booked Michelle of Flora by Fauna (http://www.florabyfauna.com/index2.php?v=v1). I can't attest to her work, since my wedding isn't until August, but I found her incredibly easy to work with and very reasonably priced.
