I dunno if you can do it in AI, but I used the pen tool in Photoshop to draw one myself. I just made a nice curve and then did straight, slanting lines (using guiderules) down to the bottom, and then straight across. I also drew a rectangle (using the tool) at the bottom to make a slit that I looped ribbons through.
