Just a thought, but why don't you try emailing the Chinese department at UCLA? Professors in the language department are probably pretty good at public speaking.
I had Sophia MC my wedding. She spoke English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. Her English is pretty good, too. I don't have her direct number, but she works with Jack from tmmpro.com. HTH

I used Richard of Machs Party Studio. He speaks all three languages pretty well. I wasn't that happy w/their DJ though.

You can visit www.fantasyeco.com they do excellent wedding services. such as Mandarin, Cantonese and English MC, DJ, lighting, Chinese/ English wedding officiant. They also include a performance when you hire them for your DJ, MC. Enjoy it!

This may be a difficult find. For my reception, I already have a DJ for the music, and I'm looking for a person to just be an M.C. who can speak English, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Italian. Does anyone know of such a person? If not, does someone know of a good M.C. who speaks English, Mandarin, and Cantonese? Thank you!
