You can rent chargers rather than paying for them. I used RSVP Bridal in Grand Rapids (they have a facebook page) and I am pretty sure they have these items available for rent including the votive candle holders.

You might check out the classified section for chargers for sale - we try to keep buying and selling on the boards to a minimum, since that's what the classifieds are for. Right now there's no local section there though, so it might mean paying shipping.
Otherwise, I know the Knot isn't the most welcoming community, but their local board is pretty active and I think they might have a sale section (? maybe?) too.

Hey everyone!
I'm new to wedding bee today :] I am getting married July 31st of this year in Grand Rapids, MI , and my colors are black, white, and silver.
I am looking for about 200 silver or clear chargers to buy from someone.
I also would like about 100 clear, square votive holders.
