I would imagine a store like Things Remembered would carry something like that.
To be honest, I might look into something that IS shaped like a bottle... I don't think I'd trust myself to walk around with an open glass all night, I'd totally spill something on my dress.
FMIL bought us gorgeous champagne flutes but they're very expensive and while we will be using them at our table, I'm not walking around with them all night cuz they'd prob. break.
EDIT: I 2nd Things Remembered - they do have glasses like this if that's what you're looking for. We were in there this weekend looking for Groomsman gifts.

I want to be able to enjoy our reception and drink, ect! However, in every picture I don't want to have a beer or groom to have one either! I know that I saw a picture somwhere of the bride and groom having fun with nice Silver pilsner type glasses! They don't need to say bride and groom just need to look classier than the beer bottle!
