Hmm, that sounds really weird to me. I would keep trying. Did you pay with a credit card? If so, and you don't receive your purchase in a timely fashion, I would contact your credit card company and file a complaint and see about getting your money back.

I would see if you could stop the payment! That makes me very worried that it might be a scam! I always worry when people buy their rings online..maybe I am just crazy and have heard too many horror stories! Good luck I hope you get your ring:)
It's weird because I've done my research about the company before placing the order. I'm not trying to bad mouth them them but they need to improve on their customer service. I'm feeling a bit guilty now because it was my idea to buy from that company. :(

The company finally responded late last week and FI's ring is on its way to us!!! Thanks for the support ladies! I love happy ending ... :)

I'm wondering if any of you have done business with designbands.com before? We ordered FI's wedding band from them last week and we have not heard from them yet even though they said the will process the order within 2 days. We called the customer service line but we kept getting voicemail. Should we be concerned?
