Recently won a Fitbit Flex and I’m having a lot of fun beating my daily best (although my daily best is still faily laughable), but I would love to make my fitbit experience a bit more social; to use it to enourage others and receive a shoulder clap back now and again.
I’m currently focusing mainly on getting in my daily 10,000 steps and the 2.2 liters of water, since I’m also currently on day 34 of doing daily yoga, but I want to add other exercises as soon as the yoga has become a solid habit that I barely have to think before doing.

I don’t like sharing my email online, but I just friended you :). I started out really strong (lost 15 lbs since December), and finished the couch to 5k, but lately have been losing motivation to run/walk every day due to snow and treadmill fatigue (i live in Southern CT).
I just started a 10k trainer, but I’m only on week 1, although I’m still getting in at least 30 minutes a day of some kind of work out.
I’m going to be out of town the next couple of days, but hoping to kick start my walking habit again so I at least feel the push to get 10,000 a day :).
