Ok so my fiance and I do not have a date yet. Probably wont be for a couple of years because of money issues, and I’d love to lose a bunch o weight before hand! What I am needing from all of you lovely bride to be’s or brides is some help with the gifts I will be giving to my bridesmaids. I have no clue. I will have 1 maid of honor and 3 bridesmaids. One of the bridesmaids and the maid of honor are my sisters.(if that matters for gift ideas) Should I get them some necklaces, bracelets, I have no clue! Any help would be much appreciated. 🙂 xoxo

@Almost_Mrs_Castro: I considered jewelry but ended up going a different route. I love buying gifts so I went a little nuts with smaller things. I have been using sales as often as possible.
I bought each of them button up shirt for the day of. I got them for a good price (1/2 off) at Kohl’s and am having them monogrammed locally. I was going to get white but it occured to me that they may end up being quite see-thru in pics. I figure, if they have to wear an undershirt, what’s the point in a button up? So I got these cute pale blue ones. I bought them each a black all in one organizer from 31 gifts. They recently had an outlet sale so I got a $30 bag for $10 each! I don’t know if they have 31 gifts in Colorado but it was started very near to my home town and the stuff is everywhere here. Very quality and functional products I got them each a bottle of lotion from Bath and Body Works during their semi annual sale and also ordered personalized hangers for their dresses during an after Christmas sale that an Eitsy dealer was doing. The only thing I think I paid full price for are the Vino 2 Go tumblers that I just couldn’t resist. But I got a 6 pack off Amazon so they only ended up at $10 each. That beats the personalized ones on Etsy that go for $25 each (although they ARE very cute!). I also got them these really cute embroidered hankies on Etsy for only $3 each! My mom is also paying for each girl to get her nails done on the day before the wedding.
Maybe I went a little overboard. I’m just like my mother in that sense. I keep buying stuff, forgetting how much I already have!
Good luck with planning!
