etsy.com has several options for hand painted wine glasses. Be aware that glass is expensive to ship and may get broken in transit if you aren’t careful.

What about regular flutes but with a rainbow of different ribbons tied around the base? I can’t find pictures, but it may be worth trying out.

there are colored flutes out there but I would also recommend considering that their long run tastes may be for plain glass. Wine always looks better in clear glass and it is an absolute necessity for appreciating the color, the legs of a wine etc.

Or, maybe get them a set of plain glasses and attach a set of colored wine charms like this:

I own a set of martini and wine goblets that come in different colors. I got them on clearance at a Mikasa outlet store 3 years ago. I just checked their website and they still sell the martini version (though not on clearance) but I couldn’t find a goblet or champagne version.
