Hullo All, I’m trying to find sheer or lace puffed sleeved wedding dresses but not having much luck?
I’m busty 34DD and I find that the puffed sleeves balance me out a bit, its my fave style, preferably with an mermaid shape or fitted below the bust style. Does anyone have any links or was your wedding dress in this style? Something like this—>

It’s not exactly puffy, but I added flutter sleeves to mine. The pic below is from the first try on, and the sleeves are just tucked in.
I’ve since removed the bottom/longest layer and everything is all fitted and stitched, but I don’t have any new pics.
The dress and the sleeves are from David’s but I think the sleeves are a discontinued style, but they are a simple design that if I hadn’t found them I would have made something similar.
I loved this dress, but I didn’t have the time frame or the budget to get it. It’s a Maggie Sottero Destinations:
I’m pretty happy that I found something similar 🙂 Good luck!

I know what you mean on the chesty business! Mine aren’t puffs, but I have a flutter as well. I can’t wait to get pictures of me in it. Just 11 days! I have a photo of me in it on my phone, but can’t upload it to the bee. I’ll jut give you this pitiful image capture:
It’s not a true empire, since the sash around the wist comes down a bit to far for that. It starts just under the bust and goes down about 3 inches. It’s like a really high waist, I guess.

Apparently I didn;t do this right the last time. I like the flutter sleeve but it doesn;t like me. I love the way an elastized fitted band at the bottom of a puff sleeve makes my arm smaller. I have stretchmarks on my upper arms from a growth spurt when I was 12 and somehow no matter how in shape I am, the area just does not look right. Enter the puff sleeve, but it can’t be a cap sleevem it has to be a longer puffed sleeve.
I also want a dress that is more streamlined and fitted. The looser skirts look nightgownish to me.
