Have you tried the bridal shops. they can usually order them for you, I know at DB you have the option to buy one with the dress so im sure thye must be able to get them seperate as well.
Or if you are a crafty person you can try and make one. Get some thicker fabric and sew it, add a zipper and there ya go.

I am getting married in late July and already have my dress ready to go. Right now it is hanging, in a plastic cover, shrowded by a sheet in a spare bedroom. I've been looking for a cloth hanging bag to put it in until the wedding and to store it in afterwards, but I can't find anything long enough. It doesn't have a train, but I'm tall (5' 10").
Does anyone know where I can buy such a bag? I think a cotton (breathable) bag would be best.
Thanks!
