That sounds like such a cool themed wedding!! I know it's been a couple weeks but I was wondering if you had any luck yet? Reading a little far away from here, but I know at least in my area there are a lot of older buildings and mansions that you can rent for your wedding. Maybe look for things like that in your area - it will be easy to give them that spooky look you want when night falls!
As far as the dress, I'd keep looking online. Have you tried looking at cosutme stores? there are a lot of elegant renaissance-style dresses out there that may cost a couple hundred, but not $3000+ It might be what you need. Good luck!

I'M GETTING MARRIED 10/31/2010 ON HALLOWEEN
I'M HAVING TROUBLE FINDING THE PERFECT BLACK DRESS THOUGH THAT ISN'T OVER 3,000 DOLLARS. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE CREOLE GOWN FOUND ON CYMBELINEUSA.COM SITE BUT AM NOT SURE HOW MUCH IT REALLY COSTS.
ANY IDEAS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. MY COLORS WILL MOST LIKELY BE BLACK/RED. MY FIANCEE WANTS ME TO WEAR RED, MAYBE I WILL, BUT THEN AGAIN I NEED TO FIND THE PERFECT RED DRESS THEN.
WE WILL BE PLANNING THIS WEDDING IN A "SPOOKY HOTEL" WHERE WE WILL COMPLETELY DECORATE IT. I THINK IT WILL BE FUN. BUT VERY HARD TO FIND THE RIGHT HOTEL THAT WILL ALLOW US TO DO IT.
ANY IDEAS FOR A HOTEL/CLUB/DRESS/FLOWERS/ WOULD BE AWESOME!!!!! I APPRECIATE EVERYONE HELP ON THIS....
