I adored our planner, Sara Kate Events! They were fabulous and so easy to work with. Logistically, they took care of everything and the day flowed seamlessly. I highly recommend them!!!!
@ westafer, did you work with Tauny or Katie at Sara Kate events? I'm thinking of booking Tauny (Katie is already booked on our day), but can't find much info about her online. Thanks!

Hi all,
Can anyone recommend a terrific wedding planner?
We are getting married June 26, 2011 in Mahopac NY. We're looking for someone who can either help us pull of the whole event, or just do month of, or in the least, day of.
Mostly - I'd love to hear some great recommendations, and what the planner actually did for you or helped you accomplish.
I'm an artist, so I would like to focus my energy on the design and look and details with our families, while a planner can fully manage the logisitics and vendor needs.
It's a backyard afternoon wedding, so we'd love help keeping this efficient, and within our budget.
