I've definitely heard of people growing their own, so I always thought it was pretty easy...not sure where to buy it, though.
You can grow your own wheat grass pretty easily!

Or I think it's available from a lot of florists too...
My local craft store sells the seeds as well. They always have small pots growing to show you that it grows fast!
Contact a florist if you don't want to deal with growing it. We're picking up 9 flats (11"x21") the day before the wedding from a local florist, despite not having any flowers. I just called up and told them what we wanted, which they were happy to handle!
For my sister's wedding we grew them ourselves. We had tried using sod for her centerpieces, but had issues getting it into the containers nicely. With the wheatgrass you can just plant them into your container. They grew nicely and in such a short amount of time! I think we planted them about 1 wk or a week and a half before her wedding...
Oh! and we found wheat grass seeds in a local health food shop...
Do you have a juice bar in your area? We have one that sells it. They also sell the juice. :) good luck!
I worked in a health food store until recently and could order flats of wheat grass for around $10.50 retail. Also check place like Jamba Juice, etc.- they carry them and may be able to order some for you or tell you where they get it. Any supplier who grows sprouts carries it. Check you local health food store- Whole Foods or something similar

Does anyone know where i can find beds of wheat grass, like in this photo? A google search hasn't yielded very helpful results.
