you can do it!!! I did it in January – May… 45 pounds gone and it feels so good.

I worked out and did Jillian Michaels 5x a week starting with the 30 day shred, Ripped in 30, No More Trouble zones, and ended up kettle bells. Each month I did a new work out. And I changed my diet completely. Big Chix or tuna salads for lunches, oatmeal or a fruit for breakfast and lean meat for dinner with veggies. Best thing I ever did and I am so happy with the results. All of my friends are doing it too. 

I am pretty embarassed to show this, but you can do it!! 

Before: 175 lbs

After: 130

Thanks girls! But really – if you want to lose weight you can do it! you just have to set your mind to do it. it’s all in your head and about motivation.
