….It’s a book called “The 17 day Diet”.
I heard about this through my Godmom, she gave me the book because I told her my dress was fitting a little too snug. I decided to give it a try, I have nothing to lose but a few pounds, right? The book is divided into 4 phases, each 17 day cycles, and they give a meal plan for each of those cycles.
I started this on Monday weighing in at 142.5 lbs and today, Sunday (7 days later) I am 136! I looked at the scale in complete disbelief, 6lbs?!?!?
I was very dillegent and stuck right to the plan and what they told me I could and couldnt eat and how much. I also supplement with the INSANITY workout 6 days a week. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to lose a few pounds quickly and healthly. You have to be disiplined, but if you put in the work, you’ll see results. I have 6 more pounds to lose before the wedding! I’m crossing my fingers!! If anything else, I have a whole lot more energy!
