We got the contract for our venue today and once it’s signed, sealed and delivered (with a big fat check), I will officially be a June 30th bride.
I know I’m a little behind the others on here (despite being engaged for almost a year). But I’m so excited to get married next June.
With our venue, we’ll have food, alcohol and DJ all taken care of. We have a cake option, but we’ll decide on that down the road once I do some tastings. I’ve started dress shopping and getting ideas for our invites, which I plan on doing myself. I’ve also started talking to photographers. Anything else I should be starting on now that I’m missing?

Woo hoo! Congrats on choosing the venue. Doesn’t it feel like a big weight lifted off your shoulders? (It did for me anyways!)
I have an “all-inclusive” venue too. It includes food/alcohol, linens (including chairs covers/sashes), ceremony site and all set-up/breakdown. One stop shopping FTW!
Looks like your on the right track. The only vendors I think of that you’re missing is the florist and the videographer (if you’re doing either of those things).
Are you registered at the Knot? Their checklist is pretty good and helped me stay on track.

Yay another June bee! Congrats on finding the venue… with the biggest battle behind you- now you can REALLY enjoy the fun decor stuff and dress shopping!
