Hi ladies just trying to decide if jewlery store 1150 half eternity ring is the way to go or buy from etsy TheLOGR for a quarter of the jewlery store price? It would be the same size and .21 ct. Please post your pics if available.

I have seen my LOGR ring, but don’t have it yet. Let me break it down for you:
- The ring was beautiful
- It was super cheap
- They were really fast (it got here over two weeks sooner than they said it would)
- He answered all of my messages during the ordering process very quickly
- They sent me the right ring but with the wrong engraving design (I ordered a wheat design, and they sent some swirlly stuff) Turns out I liked the one they sent BETTER, but it could have been a shitty situation
- The ring looked a little crooked too me (like the two sides meet the head at different angles) but after a lot of research online I realized once I start wearing it it is going to warp anyway (all of my rings always do) and it looks PERFECT on my finger, so I don’t care
- Now that I HAVE the ring he isn’t super great about responding to my issues, he told me they sent me the correct design when I first messaged, and that is not true.
Overall: To me, it was worth ordering from them, because I ended up with a beautiful ring, for way less, and even if I had to pay someone to fix that slight uneveness (literally only I will ever notice) it would still have been way cheaper, and even though it’s crazy that they did the wrong design I really do love it more. I am guessing this is a freak situation.
Here is my ring with my unset stone sitting in the prongs. The engraving is beautiful (it only looks funny on the left because of the lighting). Considering we got the ring for under $400 and it’s hand engraved white gold, and all of the plain settings I looked at at the local jeweler were $700+ I am happy.

nattiejeanne: im glad you ended up liking it more than your original design!! ordering one thing and getting another would be frustrating!

Nena16: I went with LOGR for my band (platinum, it was custom) and it worked out great. Sizing was perfect, ring was very sturdy despite looking delicate, and the craftsmanship was lovely. I would recommend him, really cheap prices for nice jewelry.

Nena16: Peaceoutboyscout also ordered from them and seemed to love it.
I had the other design that they had sent in my wish list, but the setting for that ring had been really ugly. It never occured to me to request that engraving with a different setting, so they kind of just read my mind. lol

I got a custom quote from them but decided to go another route. I had a friend get a ring from him and the diamond quaility was exceptionally low and the main stone was glass filled.

I got my engagement ring from LOGR, and at first I thought it was beautiful, but eventually it almost seemed as if the stone was starting to break off in the middle at the bottom. I was never rough with my ring, and I ALWAYS was careful with it. He responded to me very quickly when I was at first debating buying the ring, but once we had a problem with the ring, he completely ignored us. I would not go with him, but this is just my opinion!

I ordered 2 settings from them. I returned both. The first one didn’t look that great in person, and the second specifically stated that it was for a 4mm diamond – which it wasn’t, it was for a 5mm so the 4mm I had didn’t fit. He argued with me that it WAS for a 4mm, which wasn’t the case. My 4mm fell through the setting completely (so it couldn’t have been set without some serious work to the setting) and the jeweler I took the setting and diamond to to have it set confirmed the setting was for a 5mm stone. Also, keep in mind they ship from China even though they claim to ship from Boston, so allow extra shipping time – probably about 2 weeks, I think that’s how long both of mine took to arive after they shipped.

Overall I think ( and have heard from others) that with them you get what you pay for. Their products are ok for jewelry worn once in a while, not everyday like an engagement ring….ESP any setting with intricate pave. He also refused to give me proof or any certification at all that the stones he was creating my ring with were in fact diamond. In the end I decided to go another route. My ering is supossed to last forever and the last thing I wanted was a ring with constant problems, and a seller who doesnt respond after he has your money.
