Saks, Beverly Hills

I went to Winnie Couture in Beverly Hills and hated it.  The dresses looked ridiculous on me. I felt like a dress up Barbie Doll.  The ladies were wonderful though.

I had a wonderful experience at Rene Strauss for the Bride with my bridesmaid dresses, although I didn't look there for my wedding dress.  The dresses they had looked beautiful and the service would have been just as good since its all in the same store.

R-Mine Bridal in Studio City was ok.  It was a bit small though.  They didn't seem to have much.

My family swears by Mona Mie (sp?) down in Costa Mesa, although they live a bit further south.  Both of my cousins purchased their dresses from there. 

Depending on your budget, Saks is the best. If you can't afford it, they still do have the largest bridal selection of couture dresses in Los Angeles and you should go for the experience if nothing else.
