(Closed) losing career enthusiasm?

That sounds really rough – sorry about what you’re going through. I don’t know much about nursing but is there a way you could request different shifts, or a different hospital section? Or maybe swap shifts with another nurse?

I know how you feel about wanting a career change, though. I’m feeling the same way and am 99% sure I’m going back to school – technical college this time, not another 4-year degree. My thinking is that it’s cheap, I can learn fast, the job market is higher, and if I like it, I can continue to pursue a career or further education. And if not, well…at least it was cheap and didn’t waste as much time. And at least I learned something.
