With a 2+ year engagement I got mostly everything done way way in advance. Everything except, well, myself. With just over a month to go, I'm wondering what I can do to lose a few pounds fast.
My plan is to minimize bad carbs. I'll eat fruit, whole grain bread, low fat dairy, and vegetables, but I want to minimize alcohol, processed food, added sugar, etc. That usually takes a few pounds off immediately. I also want to increase my water and exercise 4 days a week. I haven't been to the gym since mid-June and I think my gym locker must be getting stale by now. Time to step it up!!
Anyone else in the same boat or have any suggestions? My dress fits me, but I want to really feel fantastic. And I don't want to wear Spanx!!
